Feelin Froggy's Policies

Delivery - We provide FREE delivery within 30 miles of our location (104th and I25), the Denver metro and North Denver area. All areas outside will require a trip fee. You will be notified when you provide your address if you are outside of our free delivery zone. If you are outside our free delivery zone we will call or e-mail with a quote.

Deposit - We do not require a deposit. You can set up by calling or emailing us. Once we receive your information, you will receive an email confirming set up or asking for additional information.

You will be required to sign a rental contract prior to set up. This is a binding contract and will be enforced. We can email you a contract before the date.

Cancellations must be done within 72 hours before the rental date or else a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount may apply. Exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy or Inclement weather days, please check Rain Policy for more information.

Rain policy – We will check the weather periodically but we do not always cancel due to rain. It is up to the customer to call and cancel. If there is expected rain or inclement weather in your area then cancelations may be made up until 8:00 PM the night before your event with no cancelation charge. We do not charge if bad weather cancelations are done by 8pm the night before. If your unit is loaded on a truck and sent out for delivery and then you call and cancel you will be charged $30+ depending on the unit and location. This is to guarantee the driver still gets his pay for his time and travel.  Cancelations made when the driver shows up at your door will have a charge of $25-$60 depending on the unit that was ordered. This is to guarantee the driver still gets their pay for his time and travel. *Once the Unit is setup you will owe the full amount no matter if it is there 10 minutes or 6 hours. 

We can operate and provide a Certificate of Insurability for any event we book.

Price shown is generally for an 6 hour rental period, please select delivery and pickup times accordingly. Select a delivery time at least 1 hour before your event start time.

Next morning pickup, Overnight Option, is provided with a $50.00 fee. Next morning pickups are generally done between 8am and 12pm. If overnight option is requested the unit must be in a safe location away from animals that could damage the unit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the setup location to make sure rented product will fit. Please make sure the entrance is at least a standard gate.

Set Up –

Hard Surface Fee – There is a $30 hard surface fee.


Staking - The inflatable will need to be staked into the ground. If this is not possible please notify and discuses other options.  

Parks – If you are planning your event in a park please check the city parks and recreation. Many cities do not allow bouncers in the parks. If you have a question about this please call us we can help or direct you in the right place. 

Stairs - If there are stairs to the setup location, a $30.00 setup fee will apply and a maximum of 10 stairs allowed. Please make sure you mention if there are stairs when you reserve your unit.

Hazards to the Jumper…..

Silly String - DO NOT USE SILLY STRING AROUND THE JUMPER. The String is hazardous to the vinyl and will damage the Jumper. 

GLOW STICKS –  THE CHEMICALS INSIDE COULD DAMAGE THE JUMPER. ALSO, SOME GLOW STICKS CONTAIN GLASS THAT WOULD DAMAGE AS WELL. 

 ANYTHING THAT COULD STAB OR STICK. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR KIDS REMOVE THEIR SHOES AND ANY HARD BELTS, SPIKES, MEDALLIONS, OR ANY CLOTHING THAT MAY PUNCTURE THE BOUNCER. 

 IF THE BOUNCER IS DAMAGED AND IT IS DEEMED BY FEELIN FROGGY THAT IT’S THE CUSTOMERS FAULT YOU WILL BE CHARGED.  

 ADDITIONAL FEES –  

Generator (if needed) - $75.00

Hard surface set up (drive way, patio etc.) -  $50.00 

Delivery fee (if your event location is outside of our delivery area)  Call for quote 

Additional inflatable clean up (face paint, ink, candy, mud, excessive water etc.) - $50.00 

Silly string (canned spray string) on any inflatable (will damage vinyl) -$1800.00 to $3500.00
